If there was a 10 star option I would select that. Cathy was professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. She kept us up to date throughout the sale of our home and sent emails and called when needed. I will definitely recommend Cathy to our friends!!

I generally do not do reviews but in this case I felt compelled. Cathy's service was absolutely outstanding. From the initial conversations on what to expect, right to the very end. She was always very responsive, usually replying within minutes to any questions I had. She assessed our sell situation with 100% accuracy, What she told us in the very beginning of the process is exactly what occurred. Absolutely no surprises. The process was quick and efficient while maintaining necessary protocols for covid. I couldn't be more pleased with her handling of our home sale and would absolutely recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a real estate PROFESSIONAL!

We have known Cathy for close to 6 years. My daughter worked in her office for a time and when we started looking for a home, I asked who would recommend and she said Cathy. We have never been disappointed. We have worked with her through buying our lovely home, frequent contacts just checking up on us and selling our home over 5 years later. Through it all, she has always been an excellent listener, a terrific advocate and a tremendously knowledgable and effective realtor. She is charming, fun loving and very generous with her time and efforts. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us navigate the CA housing market.

Held open houses with discretion at our request. Followed thru on the sale and closing. Cathy was with us every step of the way, always available by phone, text or in person and never skipped a step. I had the pleasure of working with Cathy on a recent relocation from Utah to the Island Empire. She made herself available on very short notice and also any hours or day of the week. She listened to what my family and I needed and she set out to find exactly that. She explored new and already lived in and we had some very particular needs that she filled in pretty short order. Her offers to help after the sale is something I was not used to. I really appreciate all she did during this endeavor to make it as easy as possible
